5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Kansas corner lounge - Dark Grey Amazing customer service, quick and easy transaction and the quality of the couch is great! I just took a gamble and it’s too big for my lounge room LOL. But I’ll make it work. Super super comfy for sitting on all day as I work from home. The only downfall which is NOTHING on the company itself - the instructions for the couch were very very vague. It had myself and my dad stumped for a little while and we thought 2 pieces were missing. Turns out they were in a little Velcro part, under the couch. (This was not on instructions). I will 100% be buying from this company again.

So many options available for furniture, lounges, kitchen tables, etc! Within 5 minutes of being there we found our perfect couch for our perfect home. It was such an easy process to purchase and we received a lot of information helpful to our warranty and also with delivery. We used Z-Move (which was recommended by Tender disposals) to pick up our lounge and deliver to our home. They were phenomenal! So quick to book in with and schedule a time, a very convenient price and all round just a really easy and stress free process.

The lady who served me was awesome, they only small complaint I would have is there were about 4 or 5 people standing around or working on a computer. I don't understand why there was only one person serving and the guy in front of me was an absolute pain asking so many many questions and then asking the same questions again and then I asked could anyone else help me. The set up of the place is great, the value is great and the lady who finally served me was amazing and her knowledge of matrices was really good and she showed me better value than I intended to purchase. I have bought a fair few things there before. If you can get a faster service down pat. It will be next level. I am a huge fan. Cheers Paul.

My husband and I decided to upgrade from Queen to King, and set out to purchase both a frame and a mattress. We have been to Tender Disposals a few times but never found anything to buy, but I wanted to check it out anyway. We ended up finding both items that we really liked, with the bedframe being on sale (mattress maybe was too?) so I thought both for just shy of $1400 was a great deal! I was surprised to be told we had to dismantle the bed in the store ourselves, particularly when the staff we did see didn’t seem to be super busy, but I was honestly just stoked as I don’t often manage to snag a bargain. They atleast provide you with tools so you don’t have to BYO. Part of our bed (slats section) was actually welded so we couldn’t make is smaller and it wouldn’t fit in our van, but the gentleman we spoke with was helpful and organised for it to be delivered the following day (today). Upon resassembling we realised that there were two bolts that, once in place, prohibited the bed from going together properly which was a bit weird, but it’s up fine without them. I think overall, just go in knowing for the price you are paying, you may have to give the furniture a clean, or glue something on, or give it a paint. For me personally, if it’s an easy fix I’m fine with it, but not everyone would be.

Purchased a Balmain dining table originally from James Lane ! Was in excellent as new condition for less then half the price 🙌 purchase was made very easy at the counter and even had delivery guys contacts available arranged by us if needed which was very convenient ( delivery was also very punctual and professional). All in all very happy with our experience as a customer and definitely recommend to go have a browse before heading to the bigger retail chains 👌

This owner is in denial and NEVER accepts the customers BAD experience feedback. I had the same experience last week. I totaly get it after reading all the reviews and seeing his excuses. Im sure he is going to have a "Scathing" reply to this. Wish I had read the reviews before going there. Disgusting narcissist. Absolutely NO GO ZONE!!!!
